I was initially pleased with my Dianna Brown Aviator Bomber Leather Jacket. The customer service seemed great at first they asked for my measurements to ensure the perfect fit and delivery was fast. However after only a few wears I noticed a tear in the pocket due to faulty stitching. Despite their warranty supposedly covering stitching issues my attempts to resolve the matter with customer service were frustrating.
